Question convertible top adjustments?

I have a 66 bonneville convertible that just came back from the shop. The rear frame rails were strengthened and now the top does not want to come far enough forward to latch properly. The other day it started raining and it took two people to latch the top. One of the latches snapped (anyone know where to find one) and the holes wont align right. I see that there appears to be an adjustment spot by: the hydralic ram, the top rail, and the latch. If anyone knows how to adjust one or has a good link I would appreciate the info.
