I would like to put on a new pulley. I dont have a puller. anyone near seattle and would like to help? Thank you.

P.S. I know everyone says get a pulley puller. But I have a very nice 4 arm gear puller that I cant imagine not doing the job. maybe I underestomate thow pressed on it is. You thoughts? And what do I need for tools to put the new pulley on?

What happens is the outter ring of the pulley will rip off. It's an ugly sight, you really want the proper puller.
